Job Description :
- Conduct market and industry research to identify trade opportunities and develop trade strategies.
- Prepare and design marketing materials to support trade initiatives.
- Draft and manage sales and purchase contract documents.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date trade transaction records.
- Coordinate with the China Office on trade matters and ensure smooth communication.
- Record, pack, and store inventory samples
- Collaborate with the Operations Team on shipment and logistics, including applying Incoterms.
- Provide administrative support to a small team of Traders.
- Assist the Trading Manager with scheduling, leave coordination, overseas work trips, and meeting arrangements.
- Participate in client engagement, entertainment, and relationship building.
- Travel overseas for trade conferences when required.
- Carry out any additional duties as needed to support team and organisational goals.
Job Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Finance, or a related field from a reputable university.Strong analytical, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.High level of attention to detail and organisational skills.Business-minded with a good understanding of trade dynamics.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Willingness to travel for business when required.Familiarity with Incoterms and international trade processes is an advantage.HOW TO APPLY :
