ICE&TIME is a dessert shop specializing in Japanese-style shaved ice — refined, creative, and beautifully crafted.

Our desserts are not just delicious — they’re works of art.

We are now looking for a passionate, responsible, and hands-on Store Manager to lead our Singapore outlet.

💼 Key Responsibilities :

• Oversee daily store operations to ensure smooth and efficient service
• Lead, train, and motivate team members to maintain high standards of quality and hospitality
• Support dessert and beverage preparation and presentation management
• Manage staff scheduling, inventory, and basic cost control
• Ensure excellent customer satisfaction and handle daily store issues effectively
• Communicate closely with technical mentors from China and Japan, as well as with headquarters

📍 Location : Near Tanjong Pagar MRT & Maxwell MRT

🕒 Working Hours : 11 : 00 AM – 11 : 00 PM (rotating or full shift)

💰 Salary : Negotiable, based on experience and ability
