🧠 About the Role
We are designing a next-gen AI tutor to support self-directed learning and motivation for teens and adult learners. We’re hiring a Learning Advisor to provide pedagogical frameworks that guide how the AI gives feedback, asks questions, and adapts content difficulty. Your insight ensures the AI promotes real cognitive gains, not just information delivery.
🔍 Key Responsibilities
Define learning progression models and adaptivity logic (e.g., Bloom’s Taxonomy, ZPD).
Design conversation scaffolds for motivation, mindset coaching, and self-assessment.
Recommend question types and knowledge-check strategies.
Review prompt phrasing and tone to align with age group and learner psychology.
Propose metrics for user engagement, persistence, and learning outcomes.
✅ Requirements
Master’s or PhD in Educational Psychology, Instructional Design, or Cognitive Science.
Familiar with AI / EdTech tools or digital learning environments.
At least 3 years experience in education, tutoring, or curriculum development.
Able to work with product and AI teams to translate theory into design logic.
