Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies to acquire new clients and grow revenue for our commercial system software.
- Partner with customers to understand their business needs and objectives.
- Effectively communicate the value proposition through proposals and presentations.
- Responsible for the tender / RFQ / RFP and provide support throughout project lifecycle.
- Coordinate closely with both internal and external stakeholders from project planning to deployment stage by ensuring timeline are met.
- Responsible for gathering technical requirement and work with product team in developing cost effective design solution for customers.
- Translate client requirements and feedback into product customization specifications.
- Communicate effectively with developers to ensure timely and accurate implementation of changes
- Provide insights on user experience and business needs to guide product enhancements.
- Plan and execute testing to obtain customer approval on technical requirements.
- Drive the design and execution of Proof-of-Concept (POC) demonstrations to showcase the value of our solutions.
- Provide input on solution architecture and recommend best practices.
- Lead product demonstrations, presentations, and negotiations with potential clients.
- Monitor competitors, industry trends, and customer requirements to refine sales and product strategies.
- Prepare regular reports on sales performance, forecasts, and market insights.
- Support marketing initiatives, including speaking engagements at webinars and in-person events.
- Contribute to the creation of technical content and resources to enhance outreach efforts.
- Mentor and guide junior sales or business development staff (if applicable).
Requirements / Qualifications
Proven experience in software sales , preferably in IT solutions, SaaS, or workforce management systems .Strong product management experience or background, with the ability to translate technical features into business value.Excellent understanding of casual labour management systems or HR / workforce software is highly preferred.Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills.Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and drive results.Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Engineering, or a related field.
