Our client is the global leader in autonomous industrial robots, ranked among Singapore’s fastest-growing companies, with robots powering operations in destinations such as London Gatwick Airport, Resorts World Sentosa, National Gallery Singapore, and the Esplanade. As the company accelerates its international growth, they are seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner to join their expanding HR team.
About the Role
Reporting to the Head of HR, you will design and drive the firm’s recruitment strategy. This is a regional role based in Singapore, with an initial focus on Southeast Asia and a growing remit as the company opens new offices globally. Some high-priority tasks include :
What We Are Looking For
You should possess 3-5 years of talent acquisition experience. Prior exposure to robotics, automation, or manufacturing sectors will be advantageous though not essential. Most importantly, we are looking for someone excited to build a talent function in a high-growth environment and eager to bring fresh ideas to how recruitment and internships are designed!
