What You’ll Do

• Own the entire project lifecycle : from estimating and bidding to planning, execution, and handover.
• Analyse costs for materials, labour, and equipment to prepare competitive bids.
• Negotiate with suppliers and subcontractors for the best value.
• Lead site teams to deliver projects on time, within budget, and to top-quality standards.
• Ensure all works comply with safety, quality, and contractual requirements.
• What We’re Looking For
• Proven experience in site or project management.
• Strong cost analysis, budgeting, and negotiation skills.
• Solid knowledge of construction methods, materials, and safety standards.
• A results-driven leader who thrives under pressure.
