Our client is a MNC packaging solutions manufacturer. We are looking for a driven and strategic Sales Manager to oversee sales operations and business development across Southeast Asia. Manage and grow a portfolio of key clients across Southeast Asia, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and long-term partnerships. Develop new business opportunities in target Southeast Asian countries through lead generation, referrals, and direct engagement. Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets and key performance indicators (KPIs). Coordinate and manage the full sales cycle, from initial contact through to post-sales support and account management. Collaborate closely with internal teams including product development, marketing, and operations to support regional client needs. Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities within existing regional accounts. Represent the company at industry events and trade shows across Southeast Asia as needed.
