Roles & Responsibilities
Job Scope :
- Guide and direct crowds to designated areas in an orderly manner
- Manage entry and exit points to ensure smooth flow of people
- Assist in queue management and prevent overcrowding
- Provide basic directions and information to visitors or participants
- Ensure safety protocols are observed at all times
