What You'll Do
Partner with HR stakeholders to analyze business processes, gather requirements, and recommend system enhancements within SAP SuccessFactors.
Configure and maintain SAP SuccessFactors modules, ensuring smooth integration with SAP ECC HCM and other systems.
Participate in all phases of the application lifecycle, including analysis, configuration, testing, implementation, documentation, and maintenance.
Manage user onboarding, access administration, issue resolution, system patching, and performance monitoring.
Support user acceptance testing, end‐user training, and documentation to ensure smooth adoption of HR systems.
Lead or contribute to projects involving new SAP modules or optimizations of existing HR applications.
Monitor and maintain application stability, integration, and performance across environments.
Collaborate with cross‐functional teams to ensure alignment with business goals, compliance requirements, and system best practices.
Provide Level 2 and Level 3 application support, including troubleshooting and escalation management.
Participate in audits, risk assessments, and security reviews to maintain system integrity and compliance.
What We're Looking For
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Systems, or a related field.
Minimum 2+ years of experience in SAP SuccessFactors implementation, configuration, or support.
Hands‐on experience with SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding 2.0 is required.
Exposure to one or more of the following modules is preferred : Recruiting Management, Recruiting Marketing, Performance & Goals Management (PM / GM), and Employee Central.
Knowledge of SAP ECC HCM (OM / PA) and hybrid integration scenarios between SAP ECC and SuccessFactors is highly advantageous.
Experience with Learning Management (LMS) and HR business functions is a plus.
Strong understanding of cloud‐based HR systems (SaaS) and data replication concepts.
Excellent communication, problem‐solving, and stakeholder management skills, with a customer service‐oriented mindset.
Proven ability to manage multiple priorities, work independently, and collaborate in a global, cross‐functional environment.
It's Nice To Have
Familiarity with cloud technologies (SaaS, PaaS, IaaS) and HRIS system deployment or optimization.
Experience with test automation, manual testing, and user documentation creation.
Knowledge of data security, identity management, and system audit requirements.
Strong attention to detail, documentation, and adherence to change control and quality processes.
