Roles & Responsibilities
Working Location : Multiple locations
Monthly Salary : Up to S$3,200 / month (Negotiable)
Working Hours : 5-day work week (44 hours / week)
Job Responsibilities :
- Be able to create cocktails from the cocktail menu.
- Curate new cocktails in line with the flavours of the restaurant.
- Service directly at tables during the busy period, paying extreme attention to detail.
- Satisfying guest requests in a timely manner.
- Assessing customer preferences and making beverage recommendations.
- Providing a positive, personalised and friendly guest experience.
- Maintain COGS.
- Assisting with turning tables during service.
- Support floor duties.
- Handle administrative duties.
Job Requirements :
Experience as a bar personnel.Good beverage knowledge, including wines and sake.Creativity to be able to curate an interesting and progressive cocktail program.Inventory management and weekly control of stock.Great personality to interact and interface with customers.Team player willing to go above and beyond.Fun and lively.Able to exemplify the image and vibe of the restaurant / bar.Nextbeat Singapore Pte.Ltd.
