About the role
Be the glue between farm, factory, and fulfilment. You’ll streamline workflow from leaf intake to finished tea / oil, elevate quality, and keep orders moving on time.
What you’ll do
- Map and improve processes (receiving → drying / milling / distillation → packing → dispatch).
- Maintain production & yield trackers; run daily / weekly ops huddles and OTIF reporting.
- Coordinate purchase orders, inbound materials, and 3PL shipments; maintain stock accuracy.
- Draft / upgrade SOPs (GMP / 5S, hygiene, allergen handling), simple QC checks and COA filing.
- Prepare export documents packs (invoice, packing list, HS codes), liaise with freight forwarders.
- Support basic EHS initiatives and continuous-improvement experiments (Kanban, visual boards).

Currently in Diploma / Degree in Supply Chain / Operations / Food Science / Industrial Eng or related.Structured, hands-on, comfortable with data.Full-time availability (≥35 hrs / week) for 3–12 months.Tell employers what skills you have
