Roles & Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across platforms (social media, email, video, etc.).
- Manage and grow social media presence in various key markets through content planning, posting, community engagement, and monthly performance reporting.
- Create engaging short- and long-form video content tailored for Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and LinkedIn.
- Design ad-hoc visual content to support marketing and operational needs.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistent messaging and brand identity.
- Engage and maintain relationships with KOLs / influencers to expand campaign reach.
- Organize marketing events, including public / corporate health talks, roadshows, exhibitions, conferences, and fundraisers.
- Maintain Google Business Reviews and respond to feedback appropriately.
- Oversee website content updates, reporting, and SEO actions.
- Stay up to date on social media trends, video content strategies, and AI tools.
- Support other ad-hoc marketing tasks as assigned.
Job Requirements
Diploma in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, or a related field.Minimum 2 years of experience in digital marketing, social media and content creation.Portfolio showcasing video content creation is preferred.Familiar with influencer / KOL outreach strategies and relevant tools.Strong written and verbal communication skills.Creative, proactive, and results-oriented and a strong team player.Strong organisational and multitasking skills.Candidates are expected to take part in the sports fundraising event or other marketing campaigns.Prior experience in healthcare marketing is an added advantage.Tell employers what skills you have
