Job descriptionLiaise with workshop technicians for a technical review and inspection. Clearly explain technical issues and proposed solutions to customers. Provide cost estimates, obtain approval, and manage job authorisation. Track and update customers on job progress and estimated completion times. Prepare job cards, service reports, and final documentation. Coordinate smooth vehicle handover upon job completion. Ensure customer satisfaction throughout the service experience. Nitec in Automotive Engineering or equivalent qualification GCE ‘O’ / ‘N’ / ‘A’ Levels or Diploma holders welcome Minimum 1–2 years of experience as a service advisor or in customer service in an automotive environment Sound knowledge of vehicle systems and repair processes Strong interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills Well-organized, with good time management and multitasking abilities Proficient in Microsoft Office and workshop management systems Valid Class 3 driving licence Monday to Friday : 9 : 00 AM – 6 : 00 PM Saturday : 9 : 00 AM – 3 : 00 PM Daily Staff Pickup : 11-seater transport provided from Pasir Ris MRT Opportunities for career development and on-the-job training Supportive team and positive work environment Attractive staff incentives and potential bonuses LinkedIn

Job Overview
We are seeking a proactive, customer-focused Service Advisor to join our automotive service team. You will be the key link between our customers and workshop technicians, responsible for ensuring a seamless service experience from start to finish.
Key Responsibilities
- Receive and review the customer’s service file from the front desk team.
- Conduct a detailed consultation with the customer to understand their concerns and issues.
Analyse the nature of the problem to determine whether it is due to :
Normal wear and tear
Premature or unexpected malfunction
Determine if repairs are :
Chargeable (out of warranty or wear-related)
Complimentary (under warranty or goodwill basis)
