Operations Supervisor - Islandwide, SG

Roles & Responsibilities

Operations Supervisor in logistics oversees the daily operations of warehouse, transportation, and supply chain activities to ensure efficient, timely, and cost-effective movement of goods in Changi Airfreight Centre

Key Responsibilities :

• Supervise and coordinate daily activities of logistics staff
• Manage inbound and outbound shipments, delivery routes, and scheduling
• Monitor inventory levels and ensure proper storage and labelling
• Ensure equipment is used properly and maintained regularly
• Prepare and maintain operational reports and documentation
• Identify and implement process improvements to boost efficiency
• Train, mentor, and evaluate team performance
• Collaborate with departments like HR, Quality Assurance, and Customer Service
• Enforce safety standards and company policies
• 2–5 years of supervisory experience in logistics or supply chain
• Strong understanding of logistics operations and best practices
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Problem-solving and decision-making abilities under pressure

Able to drive forklift and towing tractor

Technical Skills :

Able to drive forklift, towing tractor and truck (class 4)

Work Schedule :

44 hours per week

Saturday, Sunday and Public holiday are required to work

Salary Range : SGD $3,300 – $4,500 / month
