The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, preparing, and cooking authentic Indian dishes while overseeing kitchen staff, ensuring food quality, and maintaining hygiene standards.

Responsibilities :

• Prepare and cook a wide variety of Indian dishes (curries, tandoor items, breads, snacks, etc.)
• Supervise and coordinate daily kitchen operations
• Create and maintain high-quality recipes and menus
• Ensure food presentation, taste, and quality meet restaurant standards
• Manage inventory, ordering, and proper storage of ingredients
• Train, guide, and oversee kitchen staff
• Maintain cleanliness, organization, and compliance with food safety and hygiene regulations
