Requirements :
- Minimum 1 year of working experience in accounts, preferably in FMCG or Retail industry
- Diploma in Accountancy or equivalent
Responsibilities :
Manage Accounts Payable : verify supplier invoices, initiate payments, perform data entry, maintain and reconcile creditors’ ledgerManage Accounts Receivable : monitor AR aging, prepare AR reports, track cash balancesHandle petty cash, staff claims, and reimbursementsPrepare GST returns in compliance with IRAS regulationsPerform monthly bank and accounts reconciliationLiaise with auditors and company secretary; prepare audit schedulesManage full sets of accounts, ensuring timely and accurate month-end closingExecute instructions from Directors and Managers for assigned transactions and tasksPerform other ad-hoc duties as assignedTell employers what skills you have
