Roles & Responsibilities
We are seeking an experienced PMO (Core Banking) to join our dynamic team. This role will play a critical role in supporting the pre-study phase of a core banking transformation initiative. This includes driving project governance, coordinating cross-functional teams, managing timelines, and ensuring alignment between business and technology stakeholders. The PMO will help establish the foundation for successful execution of the full transformation program.
Roles & Responsibilities :
- Support planning and execution of pre-study activities across multiple workstreams
- Develop and maintain project plans, dashboards, and milestone trackers
- Facilitate stakeholder meetings, workshops, and steering committees
- Track and report progress, risks, issues, and dependencies
- Ensure documentation of scope, requirements, and decisions
- Coordinate with business analysts, architects, and vendor teams
- Assist in resource planning and budget forecasting
- Maintain alignment with regulatory, compliance, and audit requirements
- Prepare executive-level reporting and presentations
- Support change management and communication efforts
Required Skills :
Bachelor’s degree in business, IT, or related fieldKorean-speaking candidates preferred5+ years of experience in project management or PMO rolesExperience in banking or financial services, preferably in core banking projectsFamiliarity with pre-study or feasibility phases of large-scale transformationsStrong understanding of project governance frameworks (e.g., Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid)Proficiency in tools like MS Project, JIRA, Confluence, Excel, PowerPointPreferred Qualifications :
Experience in a client-facing role, with a proven track record of managing client relationships.PMP, PRINCE2, or similar certificationExcellent communication and stakeholder management skillsAnalytical mindset with attention to detailAbility to work in a fast-paced, multi-country environmentExperience with vendor coordination and SOW managementPreferred Education :
