Assistant Manager / Senior Executive, Commercial Growth & Community Engagement
The Assistant Manager / Senior Executive, Commercial Growth & Community Engagement is responsible for supporting the planning, coordination, and execution of commercial and community initiatives to drive revenue, engage the public, and strengthen Client’s brand through event management, sales, stakeholder relations, and volunteer coordination.
Job Scope
- Commercial Event Planning and Sales Management – Support the planning and execution of commercial events to drive revenue and ensure alignment with Client's financial objectives.
- Stakeholder Relationship Management – Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, partners, and sponsors to support business growth and community initiatives.
- Property and Tenant Management Support – Assist in managing Client’s property and tenant relations to optimize space utilization and tenant satisfaction.
- Community Event Organisation and Volunteer Coordination – Plan and manage community engagement events that foster public participation.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Sales, Marketing or a related field.At least 5-7 years of relevant work experience in commercial sales, partnership development, contract management / property management, preferably within entertainment, sports, retail, or community engagement sectors.Demonstrated ability to support commercial growth and community initiatives effectively.If you are keen to know more about this role, please email Mary at and send your resume in MS Word format.
