Roles & Responsibilities
Responsibilities :
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies for spare parts, LTSA agreements, and field service offerings.
- Build and sustain long-term relationships with shipowners, operators, and shipyards.
- Identify customer requirements and provide customized technical and commercial solutions.
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth coordination, timely parts delivery, and successful service completion.
- Manage and oversee field service activities including drydock repairs, equipment overhauls, and system upgrades.
- Negotiate and finalize contracts to achieve profitable and sustainable business growth.
- Analyze market trends, monitor competitor movements, and evaluate customer satisfaction to drive continuous improvement.
Requirements :
Proven track record in marine engine service sales, preferably with experience in the 2-stroke engine segment.Strong technical expertise in marine propulsion systems.Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and communication abilities.Capable of managing several projects simultaneously within a fast-paced, global environment.Open to international travel as required by business needs.Tell employers what skills you have
