Job description

Roles & Responsibilities

Carry out assembly and inspection of backend equipment.
Align equipment / modules and perform vision alignment and calibration.
Conduct machine checkout procedures.

Requirements :

Diploma in Engineering or equivalent

At least 2 years of relevant working experience in Semiconductor / Automation Industry.

Proficient in machinery automation, including electrical, servo, sensor, and pneumatic systems.
