Roles & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

• Equipment Assembly and Setup : Lead the precise setup and assembly of complex equipment, including vision systems, Automated Optical Inspection (AOI), tape & reel machines, and associated mechanical / electrical components.
• System Calibration and Alignment : Execute machine and module alignment and vision system calibration to ensure peak operational performance and accuracy.
• Troubleshooting and Support : Diagnose, isolate, and resolve complex mechanical and electrical issues in a timely manner. Provide expert on-site technical support, requiring both local and international travel.
• Quality Assurance & Testing : Oversee and execute kit assembly, functional testing, and final certification processes to meet rigorous quality standards.
• Logistics and Inventory Management : Manage critical inventory levels, coordinate the purchasing and collection of necessary parts, and maintain efficient stock organization.
• External Coordination : Liaise with external subcontractors to manage and monitor the quality and timely completion of outsourced technical tasks.
