Job descriptionDiploma in Engineering or equivalent At least 2 years of relevant working experience in Semiconductor / Automation Industry. Proficient in machinery automation, including electrical, servo, sensor, and pneumatic systems.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Carry out assembly and inspection of backend equipment.
- Align equipment / modules and perform vision alignment and calibration.
- Conduct machine checkout procedures.
