Job Responsibilities

• As part of Tender / Contracts Team responsible in Pre / Post-Contracts administration
• Prepare and analyze cost comparison
• Obtaining quotations, liaising and negotiate with sub-contractors and suppliers
• Prepare Variation Orders, claims, final accounts, settlement and sub-contractor payments
• To assist in contract administration, prepare progress claim(s) and liaise with the Client's representative.
• Review and preparing of response for claims and variation costs;
• To compile subcontractor quotations and submit for review and approval;
• To review and verify the Subcontractor's / Supplier's claims and prepare payment certificates and to obtain approval from various approving parties;
• Preparation of final accounts and variation submissions;
• Any other contracts management related job
