Job Description
- Oversee the cafe's daily operations
- Staff training and ensuring teamwork is maintained
- Handle guest concerns and react quickly and professorially communicating daily with outlet manager
- Show employees how to properly start, use and clean the coffee-making equipment
- Coordinate with vendors and order supplies as needed
- Maintain updated records of daily, weekly and monthly revenues and expenses
- Ensure a safe work environment
- Monitoring and evaluating staff performance in conjunction with the Café and Bar Manager
