about the job
- Ensure compliance against each contract booking with candidate details, client details and all necessary onboarding documents
- To partner with consultants for contractual related requests, issues or complaints in a timely manner and provide support relating to payroll, , timesheets, leave administration and medical claims
- Generate and review reports weekly and monthly to track existing contract bookings, contracts ending and management reporting
- Responsible for month end process and ensure proper timesheet submissions / approvals and work closely with payroll team, clients and candidates to resolve all problems and outstanding issues at timesheet submission and approval stages, in a timely manner to process payroll within monthly deadlines.
- Participate in system and digitalization projects
Skills and experience required
Min 3 years of payroll and contract administration experienceMeticulous with eye for details, analytical and numericalGood excel and MS words skillGood communication and interpersonal skills as this role requires you to provide advisory to clients and contracting candidatesOutgoing personality and enjoy working in a dynamic and fast pace environmentBeing CEI certified will be an added advantageTell employers what skills you have
