Customer Service ExecutiveLocation : Tampines Working Hours : 830am - 530pm (Mon - Fri) Salary : $2,800 to $3,500 + OT pay Responsibilities Provide quality customer service support to customers over e‑mail and phone. Handle customer enquiries efficiently and elevate issues promptly when required. Perform sales order management for customers. Allocate stocks and arrange delivery for customers’ orders. Conduct regular meetings with customers for close communication. Perform problem solving to add value for customers. Extract and tabulate data for monthly reporting. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely resolution of customer issues. Promote or recommend new products to existing customers. Any other ad hoc tasks and projects assigned. Requirements Minimum Diploma in any field. At least 2-3 years of relevant experience in order processing and delivery arrangement, customer relationship management. Experience in handling customers’ inquiries and claims by email and phone calls. Possess Excel skills and knowledge such as V‑lookup, Pivot tables, and simple formulae.
