Roles & Responsibilities

📅 Duration : 3 Months

🏢 Location : Outram / Marine parade

🕒 Working Hours : 5 Days / Week

Mon–Thu : 9.5 hrs (incl. 1 hr lunch)

Fri : 9 hrs (incl. 1 hr lunch)

⏰ Start as early as 7 : 30AM (staggered working hours)

💰 Hourly Pay : Diploma : $13 / hr

N / O / Nitec / Higher Nitec / A Levels : $10.50 / hr

💼 Job Scope

👩‍⚕️ Frontline service – first point of contact for patients

🧾 Register patients’ visits & schedule appointments

💳 Handle payment collection & provide financial counselling

💬 Assist patients at self-service kiosks (front-end support)
