Retail Leasing Executive (Basic with commission / incentives)

Job Details : 5 days work week

Location : Central / East

$4000 - $5000 (Basic) with commission / incentives

AWS & VB provided

Responsibilities :

Drive leasing activities for retail spaces, including marketing, tenant sourcing, and securing leases

Conduct site viewings, negotiate lease terms, and prepare tenancy agreements

Build and maintain strong relationships with tenants, agents, and business partners

Manage lease renewals, monitor occupancy rates, and support rental collection

Provide market intelligence and contribute to strategies that maximize retail performance

Requirements :

Diploma / Degree in Real Estate, Business, Marketing or related field

At least 2 years of experience in retail leasing or commercial property

Strong negotiation and communication skills

Proactive, customer-focused, and results-driven

Proficient in MS Office applications
