Roles & Responsibilities
Responsibilities : -
You will be working closely with the Managing Director to set up a new student care centre that aims to provide a safe and stimulating environment for primary school age children. You will be part of the core team that seeks to improve the quality of student care centres in Singapore. Other key responsibilities include :
- Oversee day to day operations of a student care centre
- Build up and maintain student enrolment in the centre
- Recruit, mentor, lead and motivate staff in their work
- Liaise with parents with regards to students matters
- Ensure that programmes and activities are carried out as per curriculum
- Plan for manpower and logistics
- Handle fund collection and process staff claims
- Ensure proper documentation and timely submission of applications, withdrawals of enrolment and fees assistance schemes
- Maintain updated records of students' profile and finance matters
- Assist your student care teachers in supervision of the class where necessary
- Othe related duties as assigned by the Managing Director
Requirements : -
Min Diploma and above (preferably in the field of education / community / social services)At least 2 years of relevant experience in managing a Student Care CentreWSQ Student-Care CertificationPassionate and able to work with young children between 7 - 12 years oldExcellent interpersonal skillsTell employers what skills you have
