Roles & Responsibilities
- Lead and implement initiatives that promote holistic student wellbeing and personal growth.
- Serve as a trusted first point of contact for students, identifying needs early, providing support, and connecting them to specialized services.
- Design engaging programs and campaigns that strengthen students’ mental, emotional, and social resilience.
- Gather student feedback and insights, collaborating with student leaders to ensure initiatives remain relevant and impactful.
- Build strong partnerships with faculty, advisors, and university offices (e.g., Student Affairs, Counselling Services) to provide seamless support networks.
- Foster an inclusive culture where all students feel a sense of belonging.
- Support students’ career planning and post-graduation readiness.
- Guide student clubs, peer tutoring programs, and other leadership development initiatives.
- Manage leave applications, disciplinary cases, and continuous assessment processes, including accommodations for students with special learning or support needs.
- Collaborate across the school to embed student care into broader initiatives and align with university-wide best practices.
- Monitor outcomes, report on KPIs, and continuously enhance student care strategies.
