Job Description :
- Responsible for growth in market share within assigned sales territory (Southeast Asia / India)
- Manage customers' expectations with quick response to customers' queries
- Provide technical consultation to customers' requirements
- Develop and manage relationship with customers
- Prepare costing, quotation, and technical proposal
- Support and lead assigned projects
- Develop and identify business potentials
- Perform market potential analysis and competitor analysis
- Propose and implement sales strategy to meet company's growth and revenue plan
- Maintain close communication with Regional Key Account Management to align regional strategies
- Other duties or projects, as assigned
Job Requirements :
Diploma / Degree in Electrical Engineering / Electronics or Business Management or its equivalent5 - 7 years' experience in automotive electronics industry. Preferably with business development and sales experienceSales / Business development experience in automotive industry in Southeast Asia or India regionAbility to listen and pro-actively react to customer questions and requestsGoal-oriented and extremely hard workingSelf-driven, independent and enthusiastic to succeedCapable of collaborating with teams and achieving resultsExcellent presentation, oral and written communication skillsProactive, extrovert personality, team player & goal focusAbility to work under pressure in a structured environmentWillingness to travelThe above information on this description has been designed to indicate the general nature, and level, of the work performed by this position.
