I’m currently representing a leading company preparing for IPO, and they are seeking an Investor Relations Manager to join their finance leadership team. This is a unique opportunity to step into a high-impact role during a transformative phase of growth, working directly with senior management and external stakeholders.

Role Overview :

The Investor Relations (IR) Manager will be responsible for managing and strengthening relationships with existing and potential investors, supporting fundraising activities, and acting as a strategic bridge between the company and the investment community.

Key Responsibilities :

• Develop and execute an investor relations strategy to effectively communicate the company’s vision, performance, and growth plans.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for existing and potential investors, venture capitalists, family offices, and other stakeholders.
• Prepare and present investor materials, including pitch decks, financial reports, quarterly updates, and market insights.
• Monitor market trends, investor sentiment, and competitor activity to provide insights to the executive team.
• Collaborate with legal, finance, and marketing teams to ensure compliance and consistency in communication.
