Roles & Responsibilities
- Project Planning & Strategy : Define project scope, goals, and deliverables, then develop detailed project plans and timelines.
- Team & Resource Management : Recruit and coordinate project teams, allocate resources effectively, and manage the project budget.
- Execution & Monitoring : Oversee project execution, track progress, and monitor key performance indicators.
- Stakeholder Communication : Serve as the primary point of contact, providing regular updates to stakeholders and senior management on project status, challenges, and successes.
- Risk Management : Identify potential risks, develop mitigation plans, and implement necessary changes to keep the project on track.
- Quality & Closure : Ensure deliverables meet quality standards and complete project evaluations.
- Budget & Contracts : Manage project costs and vendor contracts to ensure they stay within budget.
Requirements
Experience : Proven experience in project management, including strategic planning, risk management, and team leadership.Skills : Exceptional communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
Strong organizational, planning, and time management abilities.
Proficiency with project management software and tools (e.g., Microsoft Project).
Experience in conflict resolution and contract negotiation.
