Roles & Responsibilities
- Greet and assist walk-in customers and financial representatives, ensuring a positive experience.
- Manage and track documents submitted via dropbox and release requested documents after verification.
- Handle basic policy-related enquiries and direct complex issues to the appropriate channels.
- Assist customers with form completion, printing, and navigating internal systems.
