Roles & Responsibilities

• Respond to customer, distribution partner, and policyholder enquiries via email, mail, and fax within expected turnaround times.
• Manage and resolve issues, appeals, feedback, and minor complaints related to insurance matters.
• Ensure excellent customer service and handle ad-hoc tasks assigned by management.
• Identify and mitigate business and regulatory compliance risks.
• Stay updated on industry trends, emerging threats, and best risk management practices.
