Customer Service Officer(Tele)

Roles & Responsibilities

• Conduct sales call professionally to promote our Company’s brand, products, treatments, and services to prospective customer through conversations and dialogues.
• Proactively provide after-sales support and attend to customers’ queries / complaints when necessary to maintain a long-term relationship and ensure repeated business from existing customers.
• Build good rapport and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Ensure all activities are conducted with full adherence to regulations and in line with Quality standards.
• Any other relevant job duties assigned.
