Roles & Responsibilities
Responsibilities :
- Accurately inputting information into databases and spreadsheets.
- Receiving and sorting incoming Order .
- Issuing Credit / Debit Note .
- Liaise with various team to fulfil customer’s order when needed .
- Providing timely and professional responses to customer inquiries .
- Providing Timely Update of price list to existing clients .
- Filling / Sorting Supplier Invoice in running number .
- Other Ad-hoc job assigned by supervisors and / or managers .
Requirements :
Proficient in MS Office (Words, Excel, Outlook)At least 1 year or above related working experience in administrative duties .Good communication and inter-personal skills .6-days per week.Willing to work Nightshift .Location : Tuas
Salary : $2500 - $2800
