Job descriptionConduct holistic KYC reviews, including Source of Wealth (SOW) benchmarking, write-ups, and risk assessments. Independently manage case reviews and ensure timely resolution. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure compliance with MAS and HKMA AML / CFT regulations. Support client onboarding for investment products and ensure alignment with internal compliance standards. Provide accurate status tracking and Management Information (MI) reporting for project monitoring and data analysis. Minimum 3 years of experience in KYC / AML within the financial services industry. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail. Familiarity with MAS and HKMA AML / CFT regulatory frameworks. Experience with Private Banking and HNWI customer segments will be preferred. Prior experience in similar AML / KYC projects is preferred. Must be able to work onsite 100% of the time and onboard onto internal systems. About the Role :
We are seeking experienced KYC Specialists to join our team in a dynamic financial services environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in AML / KYC processes, particularly in Private Banking and High-Net-Worth Individual (HNWI) segments. This role requires full-time onsite presence and immediate availability is preferred.
