specialist services related to accounting, finance and taxation

leveraging on the accountants' qualifications in Japan and

Singapore. They also provide consulting services for business

expansion from business start-up support accompanying the above

expert service.

Job

Description :

• Financial Accounting &

Reporting

full set of accounts for multiple clients, including GL, AR, AP,

fixed assets and accounting schedules.

review monthly, quarterly and annual financial reports (Balance

Sheet, P&L, Cash Flow Statements and supporting schedules) in

accordance with SFRS and client requirements.

consolidated accounts.

income tax computations and filings, GST and withholding tax

filings; ensure timely submission in compliance with IRAS

regulations.

guidance on GST treatment, withholding tax and corporate tax

implications.

statements

auditors; coordinate and manage annual audit processes.

Serve as the main point of contact for assigned clients; provide

timely responses to accounting and tax queries.

Providing value-added advisory services to customers, including

financial processes and compliances on accounting and regulatory

matters.

requirements and professional standards (IRAS, ACRA, SFRS,

etc.)

tax regulations and industry practices; provide updates and

training to team and clients as needed.

Job

Requirements :

Accountancy or a related field.

or other equivalent professional qualifications will be a plus

accounting and / or tax management and / or audit firms.

Have a Chartered Accountant certificate is a plus point

Have experience in preparing consolidated accounts is a plus

including GST, corporate income tax, and withholding tax.
