Job descriptionOversee project coordination, logistics, and daily operations Liaise with internal teams and external clients to ensure smooth operations and clinical trial compliance Understand client logistics / shipping needs and ensure timely deliveries Coordinate clinical study return requests based on project scope Prepare weekly / monthly reports as required by clients Ensure all procedures align with SOPs and cGMP standards Manage all technical and service aspects of projects from planning to completion Handle project documentation and communication with Global Project Managers Participate in cross-functional process improvement activities Min Degree in related sciences or any equivalent discipline Prior experience in logistics or business operations within the pharmaceutical industry is an advantage. Singaporean may apply.
Project Coordinator- 12 months contract - Renewable / Convertible
- Up to $4,000 / month + 1 month Completion Bonus
- Monday - Friday, 8 : 30am - 5 : 30pm
- Location : Jurong East (Opposite IMM Building, Walkable Distance)
