Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and versatile SAP BTP Lead Developer to provide technical leadership, define the architectural roadmap, and drive the design, development, and support of scalable, secure cloud-native and side-by-side extension applications on the SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP) . This role requires deep technical expertise in SAP BTP , ABAP on HANA , and hands-on experience with S / 4HANA RISE and S / 4HANA GROW transformations, with a focus on ensuring a clean core architecture. The role involves leading technical teams, performing custom code remediation, managing integration, and providing technical support and operational oversight for SAP S / 4HANA landscapes.

Key Responsibilities

Technical Leadership & Team Management

• Lead and mentor a cross-functional team of SAP developers (BTP, ABAP, integration).
• Define the technical / architectural roadmap for SAP S / 4HANA GROW and RISE installations.
• Conduct code reviews, design validations, and architecture risk assessments.
• Coordinate delivery timelines, sprint planning, and technical upskilling.
• Serve as a trusted advisor on all technological aspects of SAP S / 4HANA conversions and upgrades.
