Job description

Talent Development Principal

This role requires a strategic and hands-on individual who can thrive in fast-paced environments.

Develop enterprise-wide leadership programs that align with evolving business priorities.
Design and facilitate high-impact workshops for global leaders.
Collaborate with stakeholders to assess development needs and create tailored solutions.
Apply data-driven approaches to measure effectiveness and optimize learning strategies.
Champion the use of digital tools to scale learning globally.

Key Requirements :

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business, or a related field.

8+ years of experience in Learning & Development from a multinational environment.

Demonstrated expertise in leadership program design and facilitation.

Strong facilitation, coaching, and stakeholder engagement skills.

Strategic thinker with experience in learning analytics and digital platforms.

Ideal candidates will have experience in manufacturing, tech, or fast-paced industries.
