Key Requirements :
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business, or a related field.8+ years of experience in Learning & Development from a multinational environment.Demonstrated expertise in leadership program design and facilitation.Strong facilitation, coaching, and stakeholder engagement skills.Strategic thinker with experience in learning analytics and digital platforms.Ideal candidates will have experience in manufacturing, tech, or fast-paced industries.
