Responsibilities :

• Perform daily preventive maintenance and corrective actions for M&E systems, plumbing, amenities, fittings, and fixtures in assigned property / properties.
• Conduct regular inspections of all common areas to ensure functionality and safety.
• Supervise appointed contractors to ensure compliance with work specifications and standards.
• Undertake other job-related duties as assigned.
