Roles & Responsibilities

As MSB Test Process Engineer you will be responsible for the followings :

• Optimizing process, tools and systems to achieve high product quality and high efficiency in Test operation.
• Responsible for improving quality-yield in Test process.
• Resolve process / product deviations.
• Drive continuous improvement in Test operation (through process characterization, process optimization, problem resolution and effective controls' implementation).
• Handle changes in test process (including new process / equipment qualification and new product integration) to support high volume production.
• Identify operational perfection (Quality, Efficiency, Cycle time, Delivery / Cost improvement) opportunities.
• Lead / participate in projects to realize the potential opportunities through innovative solutions.
• Additional tasks would include design and develop business intelligent reporting and dashboards for effective business data visualization enable data driven decision-making.
