About the Role :
You’ll be joining Coinbase’s rapidly expanding Derivatives Sales Team , focused on building and managing relationships with high-volume crypto traders (VIPs) primarily across the APAC region. You’ll work closely with internal teams to drive adoption of Coinbase Advanced offerings, particularly derivatives.
- Promote Coinbase Advanced (Derivatives) to VIP clients across APAC
- Support senior sales team members with account coverage, lead generation , and inbound client inquiries
- Help build and execute regional & international sales strategies
- Collaborate with internal teams to optimize CRM and support processes
- Represent Coinbase at APAC events, conduct virtual and in-person client meetings, and organize client engagement events
- 3+ years in sales, account management, biz dev, or sales & trading — ideally at a tier-1 investment bank or crypto exchange
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Existing VIP client relationships in crypto derivatives or traditional finance
- Strong understanding of derivatives markets & solutions
- High energy , adaptability, and a willingness to own multiple business functions
- Able to travel up to 30% when safe to do so
- Fluent in spoken and written English
- Experience with hedge funds, fintech, prime brokerage, asset management
- Connections to HNWIs or UHNWIs in Asia
- Fluency in Mandarin , Japanese , Korean , or other Asian languages
