Role Overview
We are seeking a driven and dynamic Sales & Events Manager to lead our corporate event space sales and private VIP business. This role is central to driving revenue growth by cultivating strong relationships with corporates, event planners, and high-net-worth individuals. Key Responsibilities
VIP Sales
- Build relationships with high-spending individuals, private groups, and VIPs for birthdays, celebrations, and exclusive bookings.
- Manage key client portfolios, ensuring personalized service and loyalty.
- Work closely with operations and guest relations teams to deliver high-touch, white-glove experiences.
- Identify upselling opportunities (premium tables, bottles, exclusive packages).
Corporate Event Sales & Execution
Drive proactive sales for event spaces, targeting corporate clients, agencies, and event planners.Develop a pipeline of repeat business from corporates (product launches, annual dinners, networking events, after-work parties).Prepare and deliver customized proposals, negotiate contracts, and ensure seamless handover to operations.Collaborate with marketing to produce sales kits, decks, and seasonal event packages.Networking & Community Building
Leverage your on-ground presence to develop new leads directly from guests and their networks.Forge partnerships with corporates, lifestyle concierges, and luxury service providers.Act as the connector between the brand and its guests, ensuring strong word-of-mouth referrals.Operational & Reporting
Keep accurate records of guest interactions, sales conversions, and event performance.Provide feedback and insights to management on guest trends and opportunities.Collaborate with marketing on in-outlet activations, campaigns, and guest engagement strategies.Qualifications & Skills
Minimum 3–5 years’ experience in sales, events, or VIP relations within nightlife, hospitality, or luxury F&B.Outgoing, personable, and confident in engaging with guests face-to-face.Strong sales acumen with the ability to convert interactions into bookings and revenue.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced nightlife environment with flexible hours (including evenings and weekends).Excellent negotiation, pitching, and presentation skills.Strong network of corporate decision-makers and / or high-net-worth individuals is a plus.High attention to detail and client service orientation.Tell employers what skills you have
