Product Executive (5 days, Central, Home Appliances)

Roles & Responsibilities

Job Title : Product Development Executive / Category Executive

Working hrs : Mon-Fri (8 : 30-6pm)

Benefits : Variable Bonus (1-3times), AL 14-18 days, etc.

Key Responsibilities :

• Analyze product performance, market trends, and customer feedback to improve offerings
• Monitor competitors and support pricing, promotions, and lifecycle decisions
• Define product strategies, positioning, and unique selling points
• Support product development to meet market needs, safety, and regulatory standards
• Coordinate with supply chain, suppliers, and sales to ensure smooth execution and quality delivery
• Prepare key documents (spec sheets, sales tools, marketing assets)
• Collaborate with marketing on messaging, campaigns, and launch materials
• Assist in launch planning, training content, and go-to-market activities
