Temenos - Lead Business Analyst - 121801 Description

Key Responsibilities:

15+ Years of Experience

Good understanding of Wealth Management domain and Temenos Transact modules(Wealth related modules is a must, others preferred).

Knowledge on Securities, Derivatives and Forex.

Ensure effective communication between parties and translating requirements into clear and concise specification.

Able to conduct feasibility studies, Requirements and solutions discussion workshops, lead a small team for projects, if required.

Act as bridge between Client, Development team and Non technical stakeholders.

Colloborate with Product Managers, external teams and clients to identify user requirements and specifications.

Colloborate with internal teams and other departments to deliver requirement specification.

Create project timelines for specifications delivery and ensuring deadlines are met.

Able to articulate Non Functional requirement.

Able to make solution decision and provide direction to the team.

Peer review Specifications wherever required.

Perform simple functional testing based on the requirement.

Understanding of Agile methodology, JIRA platform

Guide, Share expertise and mentor junior BAs to grow in their role.

Learning mindset, Strong communication and inter-personal skill
