Job description

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  • To carry out administrative works in GSE and F41 section in Line Maintenance
  • To record and file repair request
  • Input details of delivery and collection of Flight spare containers into database
  • To assist Executive / Supervisor in monitoring, tracking, and raising for replacement of gauges, including calibration
  • To assist Executive / Supervisor in monitoring equipment preventive maintenance due dates
  • To assist Executive / Supervisor in monitoring and arrange MOM Visual Inspection and Load test dates
  • Any other task assigned by superior

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • Minimum GCE O level / ITE / Diploma with at least 1 years experience in the relevant field
  • Experience in operations administrative field will be Advantageous
  • Knowledge in SAP will be Advantageous
  • Possess good interpersonal and communication skills
