Construction Supervisor

Job

Summary

We are seeking

an experienced Construction Supervisor

with strong knowledge of aluminium and

glass systems to oversee site installation works and

coordinate with the production team. The ideal candidate will have

3-5 years of proven experience in

aluminium and glass works, and will be responsible for ensuring

projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to

high-quality

standards.

Key

Responsibilities

Supervise and coordinate daily site operations for

aluminium and glass installation projects.

Oversee site teams, subcontractors, and suppliers to

ensure smooth execution of works.

Review and

interpret shop drawings, technical documents, and production

schedules.

Liaise between the production /

fabrication team and installation team to ensure accuracy and

timely delivery of materials.

Ensure

installation is carried out according to specifications, quality

standards, and safety regulations.

Conduct

regular inspections to monitor progress, resolve technical / site

issues, and maintain quality control.

Plan

manpower allocation, monitor productivity, and report site progress

to management.

Enforce workplace safety

policies and lead daily toolbox meetings.

Maintain accurate documentation of site activities,

materials usage, and installation records.

Work closely with project managers, engineers, and

clients to achieve project

milestones.

Requirements

Minimum 3-5 years of working

experience in the aluminium and glass industry

(installation and / or production).

Strong

understanding of aluminium windows, doors, curtain walls, and

glazing systems.

Experience supervising site

works and coordinating with fabrication teams.

Ability to read and interpret technical / shop

drawings.

Good leadership, communication, and

problem-solving skills.

Safety-conscious,

proactive, and able to work under tight deadlines.

Diploma / Certificate in Civil, Construction, or related

field preferred (but not mandatory with relevant

experience).
